I would have FREAKED if someone called me and asked for this yard long bass cake in one week...but not Vivien!!! She worked 16 hours on this cake. I sure hope the customer appreciated ALL the work that went into this cake.Vivien said she wasn't totally happy with it, but with such short notice she did the best she could.
