There's more room in an RV than you think. We all managed to prep the food for our seafood feast in Mitch and Barb's monaco.

First we enjoyed the clams prepared like mussels with sauteed onions, tomatoes, white wine, etc. mmm. Next was the shrimp with a sweet mayonnaise, dujone mustard, preserves *secret recipe from Mitch* and seasonings...and grilled to perfection.
Joe, Pam, Faye, Ken, Mitch, Barb, and Keith enjoying this WONDERFUL meal.
Keith prepared the pouched salmon with onions, dried tomatoes, ripe olives and portabella mushrooms..with a touch of balsamic vinegar and cream in the sauce.
Grilled blackened mahi mahi - one of Mitch's signature dishes. We ended our feast with Chef R's Kahula and Cream. made by Barb.. AND Dove Dark Choc. It was ALL FABULOUS.
